Hey there,

thanks for providing me with PhotoOne Recovery. Unfortunately it didn´t work in my case (SD Card prob). O&O Software´s Disk Recovery 4 did the job then quite well. Just to give you some feedback.

Super product and so easy to use. We were able to recover all the photos taken during a trip to the Grand Canyon last April. The SD card became corrupt and unreadable after a camera malfunction.

Photo One

I paid for the program but still haven't received the key.

I am very disappointed. The company should know that we buy these programs through desperation to get our files/photos back and taking lengthy times to send the license (after taking my money no less) is not good enough.

Awesome!!!

This program is awesome!!! My youngest daughter erased our vacation pictures off our camera and we thought they were lost. I found this program and we now have all of our vacation pictures back. It was well worth the price to keep those memories. Thank you!!!!

My review

Works as advertised - recently deleted images were completely recovered. The program tried to recover some older pictures from my CompactFlash card that were partially overwritten but of course those couldn't be viewed due to missing chunks of info.

I would highly recommend PhotoOne Recovery.

Saved the Day

Purchased and used this software. Nothing but high marks. It saved the day. Those pictures were from my recent trip to California and I would not have been able to replace them.

Could not find anything file was lost 2 days.

I tried it searched everywhere and found nothing. I use tons of jpg.'s and I accidentely deleted a group 2 days prior I searched all day and tried several products and removed them from my computer as none were any good for me anyway.
If you could search only deleted jpg or another type single it to one file type last 3 days last week etc. Tighter search somehow might help.

image file preference

the program works great, but i wish there was more control. ie: file type. avi files are split into individual frames. this causes an error and one cannot use "save all".
there isn't a way to select the folder to save the files to.
